Rehabilitation Programmes

We offer rehabilitation livery packages for those with  horses which are in need of specialist care following illness or injury, or need to be brought back into work, whatever their intended discipline.  We will develop a programme, in consultation with you, which will balance work days and rest days to ensure the on going physical and mental fitness of your horse, together with developing your horse to your required level of training.

 Your horse will experience the very best in luxury care and will be able to take advantage of our specialist facilities

*Rehabilitation  livery includes the complete care of your horse and the supervision of visits from your veterinary and any other equine professionals that you may be required to attend to your horse.

 *We  will keep you fully informed of progress and you are welcome to attend at any time.   We enjoy keeping you fully involved during your horses’s stay with us and watching your horse’s progress together

 * Daily individual turn out (where appropriate),

 *  Extra large stables for those needing continued box rest with stables activities/boredom breakers to keep horses’ mentally active.

 * Sessions on the rubber tiled horsewalker.  The rubber tiles creates a low impact exercise and therefore improves fitness while minimising the risk of injury.  

 * Baths in the rubber matted hot wash box to help tired muscles relax  

 * Sessions in the rubber matted solarium which helps soothe back muscles and increase circulation
